My name is Judge David Blackett, and I would be honored to officiate your wedding ceremony.  Whether you would like to have your ceremony inside the historic City and County Building, with marble walls from 1931, out on the front steps overlooking the Capital and Civic Center Park, or at a location that is special to you, I look forward to handling your special day with excitement and care.
